How to Design an Auto-Reply for Feedback Link?

Infodeck > Left Navigation Bar > AnyFeedback > Link Settings

1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Welcome Page Settings screen.


2. Click the Chatroom Setting tab. 

3. Navigate to the Chat Room heading and click Advanced Settings.

4. Choose what you want to record in the auto-reply message using the Request Reply Message dropdown.

5. Once selected, use the Title and Message fields to record the title and message for the auto-reply.

6. After making the required selections, click the Save button.
