How to Enable a Survey in Feedback Link?

1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the My Links screen.


2. Click the gear icon for the link you want to enable the survey for. This takes you to the Welcome Page tab.

3. From the left-navigation bar, click Advanced Settings. Doing so takes you to the Sub-Accounts screen.

4. From the tabs displayed, click Survey Settings.

5. From here, click the Create Survey button. This opens a form to record survey details.

6. Enter the name of the survey in the Survey Name field.

7. Use the Single Keyword Trigger field to provide a keyword that, when entered in the chatroom, will automatically trigger this survey.

8. Enter a thank you message displayed after survey completion using the Thank You Message field.

9. Once this is done, click the Add a question hyperlink to add question(s) to this survey.

10. Once the question(s) are added, click the Save Survey button.
