How to Enable Chatbot in Feedback Link?

1. Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the My Links screen.


2. Click the gear icon from the QR feedback link. This takes you to the Welcome Page screen.

3. From the options in the left navigation bar, click Advanced Settings. Doing so takes you to the Sub-account screen.

4. From here, click the Chatbot tab. 

5. To create a chatbot, click the Create Chatbot button. Doing so opens the chatbot creation form. 

6. Here, the information for the chatbot is recorded via 5 sections namely Basic Information, Robot Setting, Message Notification, Main Flow Setting, and Exception Flow Setting.
