How to Share a Public Form with Users

Once you have created a Regular Public Form, you can share it with users by copying a direct link (URL) or providing a QR code. You can also manage the availability of the form by activating or deactivating its assignments.
- Navigate to Form Management from the left navigation bar. 
- Select the Regular Public Form you want to share. 
- Open the Form Associate tab. 

- In the Form Associate tab, you will see a list of all form assignments linked to this form. 
- Each assignment defines where and how the form is accessible (e.g., at a location or via a QR code). 

- Find the assignment you want to share. 
- Click the Action button. 
- Choose one of the following options: - Copy URL – Copy the direct link and share it with users. 
- Download QR Code – Download the QR code image and display it in your facility for users to scan. 
 

- If you need to temporarily stop access to the form: - Turn the assignment Inactive. 
- When inactive, users will no longer be able to access the form through that URL or QR code. 
 
- To restore access, switch the assignment back to Active. 

✅ This gives administrators full control over how and when users can access public forms, ensuring flexible and secure feedback or reporting workflows.
