How to Share a Public Form with Users

Once you have created a Regular Public Form, you can share it with users by copying a direct link (URL) or providing a QR code. You can also manage the availability of the form by activating or deactivating its assignments.
Navigate to Form Management from the left navigation bar.
Select the Regular Public Form you want to share.
Open the Form Associate tab.

In the Form Associate tab, you will see a list of all form assignments linked to this form.
Each assignment defines where and how the form is accessible (e.g., at a location or via a QR code).

Find the assignment you want to share.
Click the Action button.
Choose one of the following options:
Copy URL – Copy the direct link and share it with users.
Download QR Code – Download the QR code image and display it in your facility for users to scan.

If you need to temporarily stop access to the form:
Turn the assignment Inactive.
When inactive, users will no longer be able to access the form through that URL or QR code.
To restore access, switch the assignment back to Active.
