How to Use Analytics for Feedback System?

1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Welcome Page screen.


2. From the left navigation bar, click Advanced Settings. 

3. Upon landing on the Sub-Accounts screen, click the Survey Settings tab. This takes you to the list of surveys.

4. Here, click the Data analytics button from the top-right corner of the screen. This displays the analytics for the created surveys.

5. The information displayed is divided into Ongoing Surveys and Ended Surveys.

6. You can export the content of the survey by clicking the Export Content button.

7. You can also use the Cross-Analysis section to perform a cross-analysis. Choose a reference question from the Reference Question dropdown and the one to control the problem from the Control Question dropdown.
