Let's start by creating a new "Integrations Service".

  1. Click the settings icon in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Select "Integrations" under the GENERAL section.

Click "Create Service".

Scroll down and then select "uHoo" in the pop-up window.

Click "Next"

Enter a Name and an optional Description.

Let's find your Client ID from the uHoo platform.
Tap the user icon in the top right corner, and go to the 'My Account' page
Scroll down to the 'API' section, tap 'Generate Client ID', and enter your account password to get the client ID for your application
Return back to Infodeck Integrations page.

Copy and Paste the Client ID generated from the uHoo to the Infodeck Integrations Service.

Click "Link Device".

Important:

Check the MAC address of the uHoo IAQ device for the unit you would like to link.

Copy and Paste the MAC address to the "UUID".

If you have multiple uHoo IAQ devices, you will need to repeat this step.

Enter a Name and an optional Description.

Scroll down to "Asset Type" and find the asset type we created in the previous steps.

Scroll down to "Location" and associate the asset/device with the desired location or zone.

Then, click "Create Device"

If you haven't created a location or zone, please follow this article. How to Add a New Location?

You should now see that the new device is linked to the New Integration Service, or, if you have multiple uHoo devices, they will be displayed.

A new Integration Service will be listed.
