How to Create a New Work Request from Smart Workflow?

1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Smart Workflow screen.

2. Click the + Create Smart Workflow button. This opens the Create Smart Workflow popup.

3. Choose the type of smart workflow you want to create and click the Next button.

4. From the Create New Smart Workflow screen, navigate to the Trigger IoT Devices dropdown. Select Submit Request. Doing so reveals the Work Request Template dropdown.

5. Choose the work request template you want to associate with the smart workflow. 

6. Once the selection is made, click the Create button.
