How to Remove an Existing Work Request Template?

1. Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the Work Request Template screen.

2. For a work request template you want to remove, click the three-dot icon located under the Actions column. Doing so opens a couple of options.

3. From the options displayed, click Delete. This opens a confirmation popup for you to confirm the delete action.

4. To confirm, click the Confirm button.
